How expedited pricing works.
Three things are worth knowing before you select an expedited window on the inquiry form.
It covers the whole job
The surcharge applies to the total service, not to the retrieval alone. If your job includes the Techstream add-on or photos and measurements, that work is inside the expedited commitment and inside the percentage.
The clock starts at the vehicle
The window starts once we have the vehicle or the airbag control module in hand and runs through delivery of your report. Scheduling and shipping sit outside it — we time what we control.
It’s a request, not a booking
Selecting a window on the inquiry form tells us what you need. Payton Lowe or Nikki Sturdivan confirm the window with you before it’s committed.
Travel
Beyond 75 miles.
The $750 flat rate includes travel within 75 miles of Chattanooga. Past that, a drive fee is negotiated on the distance involved and quoted before any work begins — there is no published figure because the distance decides it. A module that has already been removed from the vehicle can also be sent to our Chattanooga shop.
